To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mygm2u's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their mygm2u Account in the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. mygm2u shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, indirect loss, or consequential damages of any kind.
The mygm2u Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While mygm2u takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
mygm2u collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a mygm2u Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. mygm2u applies bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions and maintains strict data access controls in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

In the event of Account closure for cause attributable to a Member's breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds held in the Account shall be forfeited.
